Darien is a burned out, 20-something university student. He is struggling with school, student jobs and feeling like none of his friends really get him because of the way he thinks about romance.

He thinks things couldn’t get any worse when he starts having weird dreams about a floating, green haired girl and starts seeing other weird things around town.

Except, as it turns out, the mysterious girl is real and she claims to be an exorcist. What’s more, she offers Darien a scholarship at her university. In this new, confusing world Darien is not only offered a chance to start over but to finally find people like him and a place to belong.

He dreams of owning an apartment with his cat. On one of his sleep deprived days he stumbles upon Mae, who is also busy having a life crisis. And she wants to recruit him to be an ..exorcist.. major? Because that’s apparently a thing.

Maeva Evans

Specialty: Gravity manipulation

A very short orphan girl who grew up knowing she would be an exorcist one day. Her powers are gravity manipulation but she likes to pretend instead that she is just good at parkour. She lives in the dorms and considers her friends there family.

Karma

Specialty: Aura work

Karma grew up with Mae and Life in the same orphanage. She shares a dorm room with Life, the two have been considering each other sisters for a long time. She likes all things witchy, dreams of belonging to a coven and reads tarot for fun. Her power is connected to energy work and auras.

Life

The second member of our orphanage trio. She grew up with Mae and Karma. Her powers include helping wounds heal faster and bickering with Mae. The two trains together, a lot.

Emilia Havencroft

Daughter of a prestigious exorcist family, Emi couldn’t be farther away from the mean rich kid stereotype. She is the group’s sunshine and has a real talent of making friends with everyone she meets, despite having her own issues. She shares dorm room 101 with Maeva. She is one of the few students at the exorcist track who doesn’t use her powers openly.

Eija Duncamp

Eji is a shy student at college who just recently made friends with Emi. People who don’t know her can be quick to say she is hard to read.

Rachel Minoru

Specialty: Rune-wielding

A senior exorcist student that Maeva looks up to. She had an accident during an exorcism job after which she and her partner split up. She spent some time recovering both physically and mentally, and just got assigned two new partners.

Ing Everhart

Specialty: Telekinesis

One of the twin brothers that recently partnered up with Rune. They worked briefly with Mae and are still friendly with her. He and Karma often talk about witchy things.

Nea Everhart

Specialty: Teleportation

Twin brother of Ing, and new partner of Rune. He and his brother come from a prestigious and somewhat know family in the exorcist circles. Unfortunately, their relationship is not the best with their parents and they currently also live in the dormitory.
